The high-tech D97 device automatically detects the temperature of solidification and/or turbidity. A microprocessor and embedded software are used to control heating, cooling, run the analysis and its frequency, and calculate the characteristics. The device uses an automatic device for moving the sample and a high-resolution video camera, which simultaneously monitors the movement of the sample (solidification temperature) and the formation of crystals (turbidity temperature). The results of the analysis are displayed and can be printed on a printer and/or transferred to a personal computer. The solidification temperature is analyzed with an accuracy of 0.5 ° C, turbidity up to 0.1 ° C or up to 1.0 ° C. It is suitable for the analysis of both light and dark petroleum products, as well as for determining the pour point of crude oil.
