The analyzers represent a modern approach to the budget analysis of the fractional composition of heavy and residual petroleum products under vacuum. Assembled on a sturdy frame, they are equipped with a screen to protect the operator in case of an emergency. The simplest configuration has manual regulation of vacuum and heater power with digital readings of vapor and liquid temperature and with a digital pressure sensor. The semi-automatic version includes automatic regulation of vacuum and heating power, a built-in safe shutdown system, a microprocessor programmer. It can also be additionally equipped with a PC communication interface and special software. Both versions are equipped with a thermostat, a vacuum pump and a manual cold trap.
